Shipping policy

We have a processing time of 3 to 5 business days before our products are shipped. Our team tries its best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase is made on a Saturday after 11 am, we will likely ship the product on Monday.

Our team does not control delivery times. We cannot control any delays caused by CTT, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you have any questions, please email webmaster@coach-helper.com .

Our products are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product, we understand, here are the details:

You can return the products within 7 days of the purchase date.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

A processing fee of 3 EUR will be deducted from the order.

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

The products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with custom logos are not returnable.

You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the product.
